At Kids I Can, our vision is to support families to believe and achieve a future that has endless possibilities. Based in Wagga Wagga, Kids I Can is a family-centered paediatric practice supporting children and their families to grow, learn, and thrive. We're excited to be expanding our team and are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to deliver supports in using our coordinated model.

About the Role

You'll join our dynamic team of practitioners which includes educators, occupational therapist, physiotherapist and speech pathologist.  Delivering evidence-based supports using a speech pathology lens within our coordinated model to children (0 to 7 years of age) and their families.

Kids I Can is a small team of very experienced practitioners that have developed a coordinated model of supporting children and families. It a small team of practitioners that value naturing and supporting the professional development of all team members.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Work in a coordinated manner with the Kids I Can team and families to support goal attainment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to a positive, team-based workplace culture

About You

  • A completed tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (new graduates welcome)
  • Eligibility for membership for Speech Pathology Australia Current SPA membership and professional registration
  • Drivers License
  • Working With Children check
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Commitment to continuous learning and best-practice
