If you thrive in a hands-on design environment and want to be part of a company that values innovation, quality, and technical excellence—this could be your next move.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of hardware development across the full design lifecycle—from requirements capture to prototyping, testing, validation, and release. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and debugging PCBs
  • Running simulations and statistical analysis
  • Writing test plans and performing design validation
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with firmware, production, and compliance teams

Essential Skills

  • 6+ years of hardware development experience
  • Proven end-to-end involvement in the full design cycle
  • Strong analogue and digital design expertise
  • Hands-on lab skills—testing, debugging, prototyping
  • Experience writing and executing test plans
  • PCB layout and design proficiency
  • Background in designing with Programmable Logic (FPGAs / CPLDs)

Nice to Have

  • Experience developing products for mass production
  • Coding skills (e.g., C/C++/Python)
  • Experience with type testing and certification
  • Familiarity with three-phase power systems

Why Apply?

  • Work on cutting-edge, mission-critical products
  • Join a supportive, technically strong team
  • Real career growth and ownership of your work
  • Flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities to innovate
