Current Vacancies

We're hiring full-time candidates for the following roles:

  • Retail Butchers

  • Wholesale Butchers

  • Portion Cutters

  • Order Packers

  • Marel Machine Operators

  • 2IC (Second-In-Charge) Positions

The Opportunity

Join a fast-paced, professional team working in a clean, high-volume production facility. You'll enjoy early starts and early finishes, plenty of overtime, and real opportunities for advancement, including stepping into 2IC or team leader roles as your experience grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portion cutting and trimming to order specifications

  • Wholesale and retail preparation and processing

  • Packing and dispatching of chilled and frozen orders

  • Cold room operations and stock management

  • Maintaining HACCP and food safety compliance

  • Supporting team operations as a 2IC or senior butcher

  • Hitting production targets and maintaining quality control

What We're Looking For

  • Only Australian citizens or permanent residents – Full work rights required

  • Proven experience in butchery or meat processing (retail or wholesale)

  • Certificate III in Meat Processing (preferred)

  • Strong knife skills and a reliable work ethic

  • Physically fit and comfortable in chilled environments

  • Motivated, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
