Your Role:

As a Sales Consultant Residential, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out about our pest control services. You'll also follow up with previous enquirers and existing clients to offer our popular Home Protection Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with warm residential leads
  • Sell tailored pest control solutions (no hard selling – our brand sells itself)
  • Schedule appointments for technicians and ensure service accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records in our systems
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs related to customer engagement and sales conversions

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Confidence and drive to convert warm leads into happy customers
  • Call centre, retail, or sales experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Computer literacy across Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset
