This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for managing a 98-bed residential aged care facility and 14 retirement living units.
- Implement and maintain contemporary clinical practices, ensuring high standards of residential care and lifestyle programs that meet or exceed resident needs.
- Oversee daily activities to maximize efficiency, maintain safety for residents, staff, and visitors, and ensure the facility meets accreditation standards.
- Achieve financial and operational targets, including budget management and resource allocation, to support the sustainability of the service.
- Develop relationships within the local community to drive and maintain occupancy, enhancing the facility's reputation and integration.
Key requirements include:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or other clinical professional with relevant qualifications.
- At least 5 years of post-graduate experience, with recent management experience in aged care or health administration.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
