Our client specialises in the supply of Clothing, Footwear and Personal Protective Equipment nationally across Australia, with over 30 years in the industry.

They are currently looking for forklift drivers to assist with forklift and store person duties to join their team on day shift at their Queanbeyan warehouse store working Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm. Flexibility to work later starts at 8am or 9am as needed to align with client store operating hours occasionally.

Duties include:

You will be working within the warehouse team to fulfill general warehouse duties using a forklift alongside managing suppliers, inventory and delivery of materials:

  • Pick, check, pack, ship outbound orders
  • Check, receipt, store inbound orders
  • Coordination with other branches for stock transfers
  • Ongoing inventory management
  • Operation of plan equipment and transport of bulky goods
  • Coordinate shipments with external couriers using online booking portal
  • May be required to help doing sales/customer service from time to time

Essential Criteria:

  • Current forklift licence with counterbalance experience
  • High reach experience desired
  • Experience in picking orders ideal
  • Data entry experience ideal
  • Good understanding and knowledge of computers and systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently
  • Reliable and flexible
  • Physically fit - able to comfortably lift 20-25kg
