Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications. You will ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic and manage databases, servers, and APIs. You will own the Technical Product Development process and manage the offshore teams assisting with this deliver.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of the Company's applications.
- Ensure integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Develop server-side logic, define and maintain databases, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
- Utilise server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., , Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, .NET) as required by the project.
- Design, implement, and maintain database schemas.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
- Provide comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and database schemas.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to ensure the application remains functional and up-to-date.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency with front-end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, ).
- Strong knowledge of back-end languages (e.g., , Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, .NET) and frameworks.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
