What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting

  • Provide administrative support to the Service and Administration Manager, including preparing correspondence, client interaction and scheduling.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other internal departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

  • Assist with the development and implementation of service policies and procedures

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and workflows

  • Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Undertake other administrative duties as required
