What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality evidence based clinical care.
  • Promote the delivery of excellence in patient care in collaboration with other specialty services and General Practitioners in the community
  • Be aware of and work in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to training of Pain Fellow at Peninsula Health.
  • Participate in clinical risk, quality and research activities within the unit.
  • Promote high standards of educational support for all team member

Peninsula care Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for providing safe, personal, effective, and connected Peninsula Care in all situations
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards that underpin the Peninsula Care Framework by adhering to outlined responsibilities and accountabilities.
  • Partner with patients, consumers, and/or carers at all levels of healthcare provision, planning, and evaluation to ensure an excellent standard of service.

What You Need

Qualifications and/or experience

  • Must hold MBBS or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Specialist Pain Medicine Physician qualification – FFPMANZCA or equivalent

Capabilities

  • Demonstrating excellent Interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to implement change within a complex environment
