About the Opportunity:

Tokio Marine is currently seeking a Junior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team and develop skills in the cyber security space.

You will support senior member in the cyber security team to manage cyber assurance activities, including third-party security assessment, SLA governance and access review.

In this role you will develop skills to support security operations, including cloud security, endpoint and network security, threat intelligence, data loss prevention, vulnerability management and incident response.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Manage and governance identity management activities (IAM)
  • Provide security governance and compliance support to complete internal and external requests.
  • Review, document and improve processes to contribute to the overall security of the IT environment.
  • Provide administration support of cyber security systems and cyber assurance activities
  • Familiar with risk assessment process and the principle of identity management
  • Have an understanding of general IT and security best practice including ISO 27001 and NIST
  • Ability to communicate effectively and engage with business stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills

About You:

As our preferred candidate, you will have:

  • Knowledge of Cyber best practice, including relevant industry standards within Insurance and/or Finance sector
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant tertiary degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Previous experience ideally in the Financial Services / Insurance industry is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and planning skills are essential
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • You will have strong time management and problem solving skills
