- Design and implement a modern WHS and Injury Management framework that drives compliance and promotes safe behaviours.
- Establish governance and risk management systems aligned with legislative and corporate standards.
- Lead critical risk strategies for complex, high-risk operational environments.
- Champion a safety-first culture, mentoring leaders and building H&S capability across teams.
- Provide expert guidance on injury management, WorkCover, and self-insurance compliance, particularly in South Australia.
- Deliver robust reporting and assurance to support executive due diligence and continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in WHS leadership, ideally within a self-insured or high-risk environment.
- Strong knowledge of injury management, return-to-work, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
- Passion for building safety culture and driving continuous improvement.

Proven experience leading WHS and Injury Management in a complex or self-insured environment
Strong understanding of WorkCover, return-to-work programs, and self-insurance compliance, particularly in South Australia
Demonstrated ability to design and implement safety systems aligned with legislative and corporate standards
Expertise in critical risk management, hazard identification, and incident investigation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and mentor leaders
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to driving cultural change and continuous improvement
Relevant qualifications in Work Health & Safety, Risk Management, or Occupational Rehabilitation
