Energy Efficiency Group (EEG) is Australia's national leader in insulation and energy efficiency solutions.

We're seeking a high-performing Executive General Manager (EGM) to lead our national operations, inspire our people, and drive company performance across all divisions.

This is not a maintenance role - it's a growth and leadership mandate for a proven champion of people and operations.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Board, you will oversee all operational, financial, and cultural performance across EEG.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop state and divisional managers across WA, QLD, VIC & NSW.

  • Drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, and reporting to meet financial goals.

  • Protect and strengthen EEG's culture while scaling operations.

  • Lead national expansion through acquisitions and organic growth.

  • Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and team alignment.

  • Represent EEG with professionalism and integrity at all levels.

About You

You are an experienced and strategic operational leader who thrives on people leadership, accountability, and performance.

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years in a GM, EGM, or COO role within a trade, construction, or service industry.

  • Background in insulation or energy efficiency is highly regarded.

  • Proven ability to lead multi-state or national teams.

  • Strong financial and operational management skills (P&L, budgets, KPIs).

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • The confidence to make tough decisions and inspire results.

  • Flexibility to travel nationally on a regular basis.
