What's the role?
You'll be the go-to person helping bring Westpac's community partnerships and volunteering programs to life. From coordinating projects to supporting impact reporting, you'll keep things running smoothly and make sure our efforts are meaningful and well-documented. It's a part-time (3x days per week) role based in either Sydney or Melbourne offices, with flexible work options and plenty of variety day to day.
What do I need?
- Solid coordination skills and a love for keeping projects on track
- Confidence working with data and reporting tools (bonus if you're curious about AI)
- A knack for building relationships and keeping communication clear
- Comfortable juggling inboxes, calendars, and community queries
- Always looking for ways to improve how things are done
