Are you ready to take the next step in your tax career? Our client is looking for a
Senior Tax Analyst
to join the Finance team and play a key role in strengthening the tax compliance and advisory function.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be at the heart of tax operations—supporting compliance across multiple business units, providing accurate and timely analysis, and ensuring best practice governance. From preparing reconciliations and supporting audits to assisting with tax returns and controls testing, you'll be making a tangible impact on both day-to-day processes and strategic priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with month-end activities for various business units, focusing on indirect taxes.
  • Prepare tax calculations, reconciliations, and compliance returns.
  • Support annual tax reporting and year-end audits.
  • Undertake controls testing in line with the risk management framework.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely tax advice to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on projects across Finance and contribute to continuous process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience in Australian tax, ideally in financial services.
  • Strong compliance and advisory skills, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • A solid understanding of corporate and indirect taxes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A team player who can also work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Tertiary qualifications in tax or accounting.
