We are excited to announce that we are opening soon at Elermore Vale and are looking for a passionate and dedicated Educational Leader for our Centre.
Infinite Early Learning is a newly purpose built, state of the art Early Childhood centre in the Newcastle
area. The founders have over 30 years of experience in the Early Childhood Sector and provide safe, engaging spaces for children to learn, play and grow. We are committed to creating and maintaining an environment that promotes the safeguarding of all children. All staff and visitors are responsible for promoting the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of children.

What we are looking for:
- An Educator with an Early Childhood Teaching Degree (or actively working towards it);
- An Educator with previous Educational Leader experience (preferable but not essential) - experience in guiding and supporting the planning and delivery of educational programs that are responsive to the individual interests and developmental needs of children;
- Evidence of a current employee Working with Children Check;
- Hold a current Child Protection Qualification, First Aid Certificate, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training;
- Comprehensive knowledge and application of the Early Years Learning Framework;
- Ability to build on current strengths of the team and individuals whilst addressing development opportunities.
- You will be asked to disclose any information relevant to your eligibility to engage in activities involving children.
What you will be a part of:
- A part of overseeing the daily operations of the centre and assist in leading a team of passionate educators to create an inclusive, stimulating, and educational environment for children;
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of engaging educational programs across the centre, ensuring they align with the needs and interests of the children;
- Lead by example, supporting and mentoring educators, encouraging them to contribute to program planning, and encouraging a culture of continuous development and improvement;
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow, while supporting the Centre Director in maintaining high-quality care and education standards;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, supporting the Centre Director in regular communication with parents about their child's development.
