Dobsons is looking for a Retail Assistant to join our on campus uniform store in Mawson Lakes, Adelaide.

About the role

As the successful applicant, your duties as a Retail Assistant will include but not be limited to:

  • Greeting customers in a enthusiastic and professional manner
  • Replenishing large volumes of stock
  • Receiving and transferring deliveries
  • Efficient and accurate cash handling
  • Maintaining a presentable store image & upholding school ethos.

About you

To excel in this role, you will need the following:

  • Experience in a retail environment favorable
  • Computer literacy & point-of-sale skills
  • Availability during all peak retail periods (incl. Jan/Apr/Sept/Oct) including school holidays where hours increase to 5 days per week.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional time management skills

You must also be able to work 2-3 days a week.  Our store operates;

Monday 8.00am – 11.30am

Wednesday 1.00pm - 4.00pm

Friday:  8.00am am

Note; hours may change from time to time. Additional hours are available in consultation with the store manager.
