About the Role

This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal position as Building Manager in our Darwin office. As part of our newly launched division, you'll manage the construction and repair of properties following insurance claims—delivering high-quality outcomes and exceptional customer service.

This full-time role offers the chance to shape projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, insurers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing all phases of construction and repair projects—from estimating and planning to final delivery
  • Coordinating with insurance providers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Resolving issues swiftly and effectively during construction
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders and internal teams

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in construction/project management, ideally in insurance or property repairs
  • Proven success delivering complex renovation and repair projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Practical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Deep understanding of building codes and safety regulations
