As a Qualified Tyre Fitter at Ozzy Tyres, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. Key Responsibilities:

Tyre Installation and Balancing: Fit and balance tyres on a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs, using the latest equipment and techniques.

Tyre Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of tyres to identify damage, wear, and alignment issues. Advise customers on recommended tyre replacements or repairs.

Wheel Alignment: Perform wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling, safety, and tyre longevity.

Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, providing exceptional service, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.

Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working condition.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest tyre and automotive product offerings, providing expert recommendations to customers.

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Must be a qualified Tyre Fitter with relevant certifications or trade qualifications.

Experience: Prior experience working as a Tyre Fitter in an automotive workshop is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tyre-fitting equipment, wheel alignment machines, and other relevant tools.

Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
