The Role

Rivareno Gelato is seeking retail supervisors and managers to provide the best gelato experience for their loyal and dedicated customers.

Experience and skills for the right candidate:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, where you have a passion to bring joy to your customers in store experience
  • Management and leadership experience; leading a team with motivation, processes, rostering and training
  • Stock management, gelato production, operations management
  • Analysis of sales data and inventory
  • Team player with management skills
  • Multitasking in a fast paced environment
  • Managing store budgets and financial programs
  • Willingness to take on all varied tasks within a store
  • Fast at learning with an interest in high quality gelato

Additional experience that will help with your application:

  • Background in food and hospitality
  • An understanding of Italian culture and language
