Roof Plumber

Carrick Plumbing & Roofing is seeking experienced Roof Plumbers to join our growing team in Port Macquarie, NSW. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of maintenance, residential and commercial projects, contributing to the successful delivery of our services. We are looking for someone that can start immediately.

Offering the following:

○ Long-term secure position

○ Full Time position – $76,000 - $85,000 per year

What you'll be doing;

○ Undertaking Roof plumbing, roofing, maintenance, and repair work

○ Installing gutters, box gutter, downpipes, flashing and rainwater tanks

○ Measure, cut, and shape roofing material such as sheet metal roofing, cladding, etc to

specification.

○ Install roof sheeting, insulation, capping, waterproofing, and cladding system to ensure water runoff and protection.

○ Fit and seal flashing around vent, skylights, etc to prevent leaks and water damage.

○ Read design and building specifications, blueprints.

○ Ensure that roofing installations meeting Australian roofing standards

○ Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

○ Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

○ Providing exceptional customer service to clients.

What we're looking for:

○ Formal qualifications in roof plumbing or equivalent.

○ Strong understanding of relevant safety and building regulations.

○ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

○ A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

○ White Card essential.
