Dubbo NSW, Australia BJB Plumbing & Gasfitting Full time $45,000 - $65,000 per year

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Trades Assistant to join our team full-time. You'll work alongside qualified plumbers on a variety of jobs, including plumbing projects, maintenance tasks, and gutter cleaning services.

On-the-job training will be provided, so this is a great opportunity to develop practical trade skills and progress within the plumbing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance work
  • Supporting gutter cleaning and roof work
  • Loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment
  • Preparing and cleaning job sites
  • Safely using hand and power tools
  • Following safety procedures and company policies
  • General labouring and support tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous labouring or construction experience preferred (not essential)
  • Comfortable working at heights (training provided)
  • Physically fit and capable of manual work
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card) required
