About the Role

This is your opportunity to contribute to platform growth and profitability by underwriting smart, sustainable risk and delivering standout customer service. You'll work within your Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) and established guidelines, making confident decisions that matter. You'll build strong relationships with brokers and stakeholders, and collaborate with a high-performing team that values independence, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the broker's go-to: respond to requests with speed, clarity, and confidence within your DUA
• Deliver standout service while meeting SLAs and workflow standards
• Underwrite new business, referrals, and renewals with precision and care
• Assess and calculate risk, keeping brokers at the heart of every decision
• Drive portfolio growth and retention while staying aligned with policy and guidelines
• Make confident decisions or prepare clear recommendations for risks outside your DUA
