, Mainframe Support Specialist
to join our award-winning team in supporting our Defence and National Intelligence Community customers.

About You:

  • Must have a security clearance
  • Can be based in Sydney, NSW.
  • Interested in a minimum long term contract with possible extension.

About the role:

  • Expected to have expertise in software maintenance (patching/upgrading software) in a mainframe environment, SMP/E skills (mainframe software management).
  • 24X7 support, shift work and after-hours support required
  • Operational and technical support to Application support and management.
  • Master console operation support.
  • Problem ticket in-depth analysis, trouble-shooting, problem resolution
  • Operational monitoring, alerting and tuning
  • Proactively providing innovative solutions in accordance with modern technologies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with and advise various levels of stakeholders.
