About You:

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a fast-paced leadership role – retail, hospitality, or entertainment
  • Hands-on operational knowledge (arcade, attractions, food & beverage)
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • A people-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations.
  • Lead by example, Champion exceptional customer service and positive team culture.
  • Train support and supervise staff across all departments (e.g. arcade, F&B, attractions).
  • Assist in driving sales and achieving KPIs, helping the team smash targets and celebrate wins.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation to keep the venue looking and operating at its best

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
