The Role

We are looking for an experienced
Pallet Controller
with strong knowledge of
2IC pallet management software
and a customer service mindset. In this role, you will manage pallet control processes, maintain accurate records, and act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding pallet-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage pallet movements and reconciliations using
2IC pallet control software
.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of CHEP/Loscam accounts.

·       Provide professional and timely customer service support to resolve pallet disputes or queries.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

·       Generate reports and support management with pallet account compliance.

·       Contribute to continuous improvement of pallet control processes.

Skills & Experience

·       Experience with pallet control, ideally within transport, logistics, or warehousing.

·       Proficiency in
2IC pallet control software
.

·       Strong customer service and communication skills.

·       High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Sound knowledge of CHEP and Loscam systems.
