The Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will work on a wide range of dental, sterilisation, plant and radiation equipment. No two days are the same. You will be in the field visiting clients, performing maintenance, repairs, installations as well as calibrating and adjusting equipment to manufacturer standards.

While experience is welcome, it is not essential. We are more interested in your work ethic, problem solving skills, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carry out preventative maintenance, repairs and inspections on equipment at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults to implementing effective solutions.
  • Install, calibrate and adjust equipment to industry standards.
  • Keep accurate records in our ERP system.
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine interest in technical and mechanical work.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Adaptability and initiative to work independently and in a team.
  • High attention to detail and a problem solving mindset.
  • A trade certificate or technical experience is an advantage but not essential.
