Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to support our operations in Adelaide, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and removal of equipment to meet customer requirements.

A strong background in HVAC systems and components is essential, with experience in Chiller systems being highly regarded.

Applicants should hold a Certificate 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, an air-conditioning and refrigeration licence, and a current and valid Australian driver's licence.

As part of a close-knit team, you will work unsupervised to provide high standards of quality, delivery excellence and exceed customer service expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment to meet customer requirements.
  • Providing technical assistance and support to customers and colleagues.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
