Responsibilities:
  • Support in defining and maintaining the product roadmap by helping prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and business objectives
  • Help manage the product backlog by gathering, organising, and documenting user stories, defining requirements, and working closely with the development team to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Work alongside design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of product development. Communicate product requirements clearly and ensure all teams are aligned on deliverables
  • Assist in gathering customer feedback through surveys, user testing, and direct customer conversations. Ensure the product team is aligned on customer pain points and evolving needs
  • Support the tracking and analysis of product performance metrics, such as user engagement and retention, to help identify areas for improvement or new features
  • Help create and maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, requirements, release notes, and FAQs, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, assisting the team with refining product features and ensuring that goals are met efficiently
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of product launches, including writing release notes, preparing internal teams, and ensuring the product is delivered on schedule

About you:
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment)
  • Strong communication skills - able to clearly convey product goals, requirements, and timelines to cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile - familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and working in fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented - able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Basic experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work well with different teams and contribute to a positive, productive environment
  • Passionate about learning and growing in the product management space, with a strong interest in SaaS products
