What you’ll do

Establish a centre of expertise in online payment fraud
Provide advise to each of the businesses online product owners on payment fraud and establishing systems, procedures and settings to minimize fraud without adverse transaction conversion outcomes
Investigate and recommend fraud prevention tools and implementation methodologies across the Metcash online portfolio
Own the investigation and analysis of new payment types, with a primary focus towards online payments
Contribute to the development of in person payment strategy and options

What you’ll bring

Minimum 3 years of experience in online payments and fraud

Understanding of online payment eco-system and technical competency in online payments
Demonstrate a broad market understanding of tools and systems available for online fraud protection
Demonstrate a working knowledge of emerging and new payment types, and their various benefits, costs and risks
Ability to engage with Product owners across the organisation to recommend appropriate solutions and to work with technical team on implementation
Corporate risk understanding and commercial acumen in understanding and negotiating with various payment providers.
