The Role

We're on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our WA team. This field-based role is pivotal in executing trade marketing plans, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, and supporting the in-store success of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute trade marketing initiatives and ensure promotional displays are activated on time and to standard

  • Merchandise and maintain core range, new products, and planogram layouts

  • Build strong relationships with retail store staff to enhance in-store presence

  • Monitor shelf availability, stock rotation, and product presentation

  • Identify and report on competitor activity and promotional compliance

  • Support Territory Managers in delivering brand objectives and POS execution

  • Submit timely reporting and quality photos using a mobile device

  • Manage and prioritise store visits within your assigned territory

About You

  • Previous experience in merchandising or a retail execution role in FMCG, wholesale, or distribution

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with store teams

  • Passionate about brand presence and visual excellence at point of sale

  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering best-in-class execution

  • Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20kg

  • Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Self-motivated, organised, and proactive with strong time management
