An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and experienced Project Manager who is seeking a long career with one of Australia's leading builders. Our NSW Construction team are growing, and your expertise is sought to deliver fast-paced projects in Sydney.
As a Project Manager in Built's Construction business unit, you'll manage and deliver a high-profile Commercial project valued at approx $250M in Western Sydney. And with $4.5 billion of secured work in our pipeline, you'll have endless opportunities to grow your career.
With full project control, our Project Managers love the broad range of projects they work on and the stakeholder relationships they build.
The successful candidate will work with all relevant project staff but most
closely with the incumbents in the following roles as applicable for a project:
- Construction Manager
- Services Manager
- Contract Administrators

Here are the essentials you'll need for this role:
- Possess a relevant building related degree
- Have extensive experience managing large-scale Commercial and/or Data Centre projects
- Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
- Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
Here's what else we're looking for:
- People and site leadership skills. You'll know how to bring everyone together to deliver quality work outputs. And you'll do this by building trusted relationships with the team, clients, sub-contractors and partners.
- The ability to communicate with influence And you'll be an analytical thinker who loves solving complex problems.
- You'll have experience across various types of projects, such as Design and Construct contracts, Construct Only contracts and construction management contracts using (amended) Standard Form Contracts.
- Your people skills will be first class. You'll know how to bring everyone together, finding shared goals and aggregating resources to deliver projects and jobs. And you'll do this by building trusted relationships with your stakeholders.
- Your attention to detail, and ability to be across deadlines, deliverables and contractual elements, will be second-to-none.
