Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
International Student Recruitment Executive
to join our team in Adelaide. This role is with a registered
Higher Education Provider
and is responsible for driving student enrolments, fostering strong relationships with education agents, and actively promoting our courses to international students.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with agents, partners, and prospective students.
- Expand and manage a high-quality agent network to drive international student recruitment.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, exhibitions, school visits, and other promotional events.
- Provide accurate advice and guidance on courses, admissions requirements, and student pathways.
- Support marketing initiatives by contributing market insights and feedback from agents and students.
- Monitor and report on recruitment activities, market trends, competitor activity, and student pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and compliance teams to ensure smooth conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
- Achieve set recruitment targets and KPIs while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
- The International Student Recruitment Executive will report directly to senior managers and stakeholders, providing regular updates on recruitment performance, sales targets, and market activities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience in international student recruitment, education sales, or a related role.
- Strong agent network and experience working with international education markets.
- Experience within a
Higher Education Provider
will be highly regarded. - Solid understanding of the international education sector and student recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to represent the institution professionally at events, fairs, and in dealings with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (additional languages will be highly regarded).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Preferable.
