What You'll Do

  • Partner with operational stakeholders to review, refine, and automate existing reports
  • Analyse current reporting workflows to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
  • Build and implement optimised solutions that improve report accuracy, timeliness, and reliability
  • Apply deep expertise in data analysis, modelling, and reporting automation to drive smarter processes
  • Transition manual reporting into automated, scalable solutions
  • Document new processes and support knowledge transfer across the team

What You'll Bring

Technical & Analytical Strength

  • Proven experience solving analytical problems using quantitative methods
  • Expertise working with complex, high-volume datasets
  • Proficiency in Python or R
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
  • Expert knowledge of analytical tools such as Dataiku
  • Ability to design data models and integrate multiple data sources
  • Experience in predictive modelling and customer segmentation (bonus)

Reporting & Communication

  • Ability to translate complex analysis into simple, actionable insights
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience designing and presenting dashboards to highlight the impact of data-driven strategies

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Experience collaborating with data, analytics, and business stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and optimisation
  • Minimum 4 years working in an analytical role
