What You'll Do
- Partner with operational stakeholders to review, refine, and automate existing reports
- Analyse current reporting workflows to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- Build and implement optimised solutions that improve report accuracy, timeliness, and reliability
- Apply deep expertise in data analysis, modelling, and reporting automation to drive smarter processes
- Transition manual reporting into automated, scalable solutions
- Document new processes and support knowledge transfer across the team

What You'll Bring
Technical & Analytical Strength
- Proven experience solving analytical problems using quantitative methods
- Expertise working with complex, high-volume datasets
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Expert knowledge of analytical tools such as Dataiku
- Ability to design data models and integrate multiple data sources
- Experience in predictive modelling and customer segmentation (bonus)
Reporting & Communication
- Ability to translate complex analysis into simple, actionable insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience designing and presenting dashboards to highlight the impact of data-driven strategies
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Experience collaborating with data, analytics, and business stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and optimisation
- Minimum 4 years working in an analytical role
