As the Change Officer, you will work with a multidisciplinary team responsible for implementing defined Human Resource related system and process solutions across the Health System.
What you'll do
- Manage business change activities across Human Resource application implementations or enhancements, including business change management, communications, stakeholder engagement and training.
- Manage, identify, develop, and plan business change management deliverables and resources required to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of solutions which meet business needs.
- Create or manage baseline measures and metrics that can be monitored throughout the project lifecycle and post implementation to ensure alignment to project deliverables.
- Initiate, influence, and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
- Encourage strong and supportive ownership, leadership, and sponsorship through the use of effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
About you
We are searching for someone with:
- Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation, and evaluation of business change in ICT projects within a healthcare environment, using appropriate industry standards and techniques within a healthcare environment.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders within a healthcare environment.
- Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
