We're looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team and oversee compliance across the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program. This role is central to ensuring our business meets all regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality outcomes for our customers.

What you'll do:


• Manage and maintain compliance with VEU program rules and Essential Services Commission (ESC) requirements


• Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and training for staff and contractors


• Review and validate documentation for VEEC creation, ensuring accuracy and completeness


• Conduct internal audits and prepare for ESC compliance checks


• Stay across program updates and adjust internal processes to match regulatory changes


• Act as the main point of contact for regulators, auditors, and industry bodies

What we're looking for:


• Solid understanding of the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program and compliance requirements


• Background in compliance, auditing, or risk management (energy efficiency sector highly regarded)


• Strong document control, attention to detail, and organisational skills


• Clear communicator, able to train and guide teams on compliance standards


• Proactive mindset with the ability to spot risks and recommend solutions
