Positions Available

We're hiring Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders ready to step up and lead the way.

Whether you're an experienced manager from McDonald's, Hungry Jack's, or another quick-service brand, or you're ready to take the next step in your career — we want to meet you.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading your team in fast-paced daily operations
  • Creating a positive, high-energy workplace culture
  • Delivering exceptional guest service every time
  • Driving performance through training, teamwork, and accountability
  • Managing KPIs including labour, COGS, and guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring every burger, fry, and shake leaves the kitchen perfect

What We're Looking For

  • A can-do attitude with strong leadership and communication skills
  • A hands-on approach to training, motivating, and developing teams
  • Passion for people, food, and delivering amazing guest experiences
  • Strong business awareness and KPI understanding (bonus if you've done it before)
  • Availability across a rotating roster (we reward flexibility)
