About the role

As part of our continued growth and commitment to service excellence, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our NSW|ACT team.

Reporting to the General Manager – NSW|ACT, you'll lead a business unit with full team and P&L responsibility. You'll be the primary point of contact for your customer base, driving operational excellence, relationship management, and revenue optimisation across your designated contract.

You'll be supported by a team of skilled technicians and a national network of peers, with access to ongoing development and leadership support.

  • Strong P&L accountability and commercial acumen
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams
  • Deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of 10+ technicians and field staff
  • High energy, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Process-driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Current Driver's Licence
