  • Manage the Principal's calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Lead and manage the administrative team, including coaching, staff development, and fostering a cohesive team culture.

  • Oversee the annual College calendar and ensure efficient office systems and record management.
  • Act as a key liaison between the Principal and internal/external bodies such as QCAA, ISQ, Non-State Schooling, and the International Baccalaureate.
  • Handle parent inquiries and concerns with tact and diplomacy.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and capacity to manage competing priorities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn school-specific systems (e.g., TASS).
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
  • Eligibility for a Positive Notice Blue Card (Queensland).
