Your role with us:
Your strategy will influence the design of the data lake and CRM platform, both of which will be built in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will have all the support you need to succeed in the role, including resources to help you design and translate all communications for your respective markets.

What you will do:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of customer segments, including viewers, streamers, clippers and developers.
- Review the current state of CRM, identify opportunities for improvement and map the future state.
- Document their strategy and educate all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Business Intelligence and a pre-selected implementation partner to set up Insider.
- Manage all automated, scheduled and ad-hoc campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Content team on Spanish, Japanese, Arabic and Portuguese translations of their copy.
- Collaborate with the Design team on all required assets.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure compliance.
- Conduct ongoing experimentation to optimise results.
- Contribute continuously to the data lake by translating their evolving journey maps into data points.
What you will bring:
- 5 years of CRM experience.
- Proven track record in the setup, management, and execution of CRM technology.
- Experience working with data lakes.
- Familiarity with the live streaming space.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Experience using Insider.
- Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Understanding of localisation and its nuances.
- Experience using AI to assist with CRM responsibilities.
