About Us

At A & A Smiles, we're a friendly mobile dental team bringing quality, accessible dental care and education to schools across Australia. We set up directly inside classrooms or halls — no vans, no stress — making dental visits easy and comfortable for kids and staff alike.

The Role

We're looking for an organised, confident communicator to join our team as a Remote Receptionist / Outreach Coordinator. You'll be reaching out to schools via email and phone to help us schedule visits and spread our mission of promoting healthy smiles for kids across the nation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Sending professional outreach emails to schools
  • Making friendly phone calls to confirm interest and follow up on leads
  • Coordinating school visit schedules with our dental teams
  • Keeping simple records of schools contacted and visits booked
  • Representing A & A Smiles with warmth, professionalism, and care
