Karinya Montessori Children's House is nestled in the Noosa Hinterland of the Sunshine Coast in the beautiful little town of Cooroy.

We are small family owned early educational service with only 55 children a day.

We are a progressive Montessori Educational Environment with Montessori trained educators and equipment, with a very low turnover of staff.

Our long-term accounts manager now wishes to have a change of direction, and we will have a position available for a part-time/casual Accounts Manager for 14-20 hours a week.

Much of this role can be completed at home, we ask at least 2-4 hours during the week can be at the centre to receive support from administration and touch base with families. We believe in a work/home life balance.

Key Responosbilities -

· You must have a current Blue Card/Exemption Card (or willing to obtain).

· You must provide 2 references.

· Personable and able to work with administration and families with the collection of personal information and fees.

· Familiar with Microsoft Office – Outlook and Excel.

· Experience in Accounts or Bookkeeping for a small business

· Able to read and interpret the relevant Awards relating to the business.

· Experience with Xero software including Payroll/Superannuation

· Xero payroll and superannuation experience is preferred, however training can be provided for suitable candidates.

· Awareness of cyber security and IT.

· Experience with Xplor Childcare Management System.

· Experience with Xplor Childcare Management System is preferred but we are flexible for the right candidate.

· Awareness of Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

This position is to commence on the 12th of January 2026, training will be provided in December 2025.
