We're Hiring: Post-Production Producer/Film & Video Editor (Full-Time)

Limitless Studios is a video production house based in the heart of West Perth's Pickle District, that specialises in high-end corporate and television commercial production. With 14+ years of experience of creating content clients love, as well as pioneering new technologies in the WA media industry, we are a team of highly driven creatives with great passion for multi-platform visual storytelling. Limitless Studios have implemented cutting-edge virtual production capabilities and a state-of-the-art LED wall, enabling immersive, real-time environments creating lifelike scenes on set - the first for any studio in Perth, Western Australia.

We are on the hunt for a full-time team member to join our tight-knit crew in West Perth. We're looking for a creative powerhouse — someone who brings diverse skills to our post-production team with confidence and flair. The Role

This is a hands-on, full-time role for a Film and Video Editor who knows how to cut with rhythm, and make content that clients love. You'll work across branded content, corporate films, creative projects, live streams, and more. One day you'll be a Post-Production Supervisor for a Virtual Production shoot on our LED wall, the next you'll be grading or editing a punchy commercial.

What We Need:

Hard Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in editing and supervising virtual production in a professional studio equipped with an LED wall (not simulations or academic projects). Must have experience with LED shoots using real-time rendering and in-camera VFX workflows.

• Key Responsibilities

· Edit raw footage using industry-standard software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects

· Create, gather and supervise motion graphics, photographic and video plate shots used for virtual production

· Assemble footage to craft engaging narratives with rhythm, pace, and style

· Perform advanced colour grading and sound editing to enhance video quality

· Incorporate motion graphics, effects, and titles

· Work collaboratively with directors, cinematographers, and sound technicians to ensure creative vision is met

· Deliver final edited content that meets broadcast and client specifications (colour, sound, format)

· Maintain organised project files and ensure timely delivery of projects

Essential Skills and Experience

· Minimum 3 years professional experience in film and video editing

· Relevant tertiary qualification, such as Bachelor/Master of Film & Television, Screen Arts, or a related field

· Proficiency with 4K video workflows and editing suites (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)

· Proven experience with virtual production workflows - from pre-production to post-production of graphics, edit and managing challenges with an LED wall - camera knowledge is desirable.

· Strong understanding of colour grading and audio mixing for broadcast quality

· Experience editing corporate videos, branded content, or commercials

· Ability to tell a story through editing with attention to pacing and timing

· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

· Knowledge of broadcast delivery standards and formats

• Deep understanding of the Perth production landscape, with proven hands-on experience working on commercial or corporate shoots in Western Australia.
