The Opportunity

We have a great opportunity for a 1st Year apprentice to join our team in 2026, based in our Mackay workshop.

This role offers a hands-on pathway to a trade qualification, where they will work alongside our experienced team to learn all aspects of plant and heavy vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics. Your key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting trades people with day to day workshop tasks
  • General house keeping, keeping all work areas clean
  • Basic mechanical tasks under supervision
  • Workshop preparation and equipment handling
  • Parts and inventory tasks
  • Safety and compliance

We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in mechanics, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to learning and safety.
