Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Solicitor position in the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Insolvency team, based in Sydney, NSW. The role includes conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, assisting in providing legal advice, and working closely with senior solicitors on active matters. The Graduate Solicitor will also assist in preparing for court proceedings, engaging in negotiations, and managing day-to-day file work within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Approximately one year of post-qualification experience is preferred. Experience in dispute resolution or related practice areas will be an advantage.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail, strong time-management abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
