Shorehouse Projects (NSW) pride ourselves in delivering outstanding residential construction projects for our clients all over Sydney.

Shorehouse Projects (NSW) are looking to recruit a framing/ fix out carpenter to join our growing team.

The duties for the position include:

  • Framing of structural and non structural timber framed walls and ceilings/ roof
  • Fixing out of door jambs, door frames, doors and hardware
  • Fixout of timber skirtings, architraves and trims
  • Building of decking and timber retaining walls
  • Studying drawings and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures
  • Ordering and selecting timbers and materials
  • Cutting and forming up of formwork timber for concrete slabs
  • Building of timber hand railings/ balustrading

Skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Ideally have atleast 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW
  • White Card
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • Availability to work 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

  • Carpentry: 1 year (Required)

Licence/Certification:

  • White Card (Preferred)
  • Driver Licence (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Preferred)
