Sensaura Day Spa in Noosa is seeking passionate and professional Spa Therapists to join our growing team. We have opportunities available for both Junior and Senior therapists who are dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our high-end clientele.

About you:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy / Massage Therapy (or working towards)
  • A strong commitment to customer service excellence
  • Genuine passion for wellness, beauty, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation
  • A team player with a positive and caring attitude
  • For Senior Therapists: leadership qualities and advanced treatment experience
  • Confidence in recommending retail skincare solutions

Your role will include:

  • Delivering exceptional treatments (massage, facials, body therapies, spa rituals)
  • Providing a luxury guest experience with attention to detail and care
  • Supporting junior staff (senior role only)
  • Upholding our high brand standards and spa environment
  • Recommending and selling retail skincare products tailored to clients' needs
