The Role & Who You Are

We are looking for experienced and passionate Therapists (aka Spa Alchemists) to provide exceptional, multi-sensory treatments that guide our clients through transformative healing journeys. Here's how you'll contribute to the magic:

  • Cultivate a serene, welcoming environment, establishing a safe, therapeutic space where guests can fully relax and enjoy a profound experience.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the reception and coordination team to ensure a smooth guest experience and uninterrupted tranquility.

What You Bring to the Treatment Table:

  • A highly skilled and qualified spa therapist with extensive experience in massage, facials, and holistic bodywork treatments.
  • Confident in supporting and mentoring junior team members, with a natural ability to lead by example and uphold exceptional treatment standards across the team.
  • Intuitive and adaptable, with a refined ability to tailor treatments to the individual needs of each guest - delivering an experience that feels both personal and profound.
  • A clear communicator and team player, capable of building strong connections with both guests and colleagues, and contributing to a harmonious, high-performing spa environment.
  • Passionate about holistic wellness and excited to be part of an innovative new space - committed to evolving with SOL Elements as we build something truly extraordinary.
