About the role and team

Our personal injuries team are dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients. We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Bundaberg Personal Injuries team as a Legal Assistant on a full-time contract basis.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Legal Assistant, willing to grow and develop their skills in a busy role within personal injuries. You will use your strong client service skills to support our clients and be in frequent contact with them. Your responsibilities will include answering and managing incoming calls, diary management, file management, preparation of correspondence, court documents and briefs of evidence, and providing day-to-day administrative support.

If you are an experienced Legal Assistant looking for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you Whilst Personal Injuries experience is an advantage, we are open to considering candidates from other practice areas.

We value excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients. Our team works in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, so strong organisational and time management skills are a must. If you're a team player with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, we would love to hear from you.
