About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with a passion for content writing to join our Sydney team. This role will give you a fantastic opportunity to work on many tech campaigns across APAC and EMEA, collaborating with some of the world's leading brands on a daily basis, including - Google 

You will look after all things Marketing: blogging, social media, events and much more. This role has great potential for growth within the business and will give you an opportunity to take the next step in your marketing career. 

What your typical week will look like:

  • Working closely with the sales team, you'll be responsible for managing leads and opportunities, ensuring these are correctly logged into our CRM and Google's Partner Advantage Portal
  • You'll set up events: design flyers, post on social media, set up the webinar software (if digital), liaise with sales teams to define lists of invites and manage the follow-up activities (nurture campaigns)
  • Sourcing leading industry events and request info/partnership packages
  • Content writing: collaborate with our tech and sales teams to co-write blogs, webpages, conduct web research for statistics to support content, repurpose Google content and industry articles
  • Maintaining and improving Google templates
  • Creating posts for social media and writing newsletters (internal and external)
  • Managing the website: posting new content, reviewing regularly to spot mistakes and liaising with the agency for any updates needed
  • You will also be working with our P&C team to ensure that initiatives are communicated through social media and other channels

Required skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B / services organisation
  • Experienced in working with Canva as well as Google Slides or PowerPoint
  • Excellent blogging and copywriting writing skills
  • Marketing Degree (or equivalent qualification)
  • Exceptional spoken and written English is a must in this role

Preferred qualifications:

  • SEO and Digital Marketing knowledge
  • Previous experience with Salesforce would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
  • Previous work with sales teams
  • High-level knowledge of technology
