Located in the heart of Traralgon, The Grand Junction Hotel is a family owned and operated venue with a strong community reputation for delicious classic pub food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. With a 150-seat indoor dining space, a spacious function room, and a lively bar and gaming area, we are the go to destination for dining, social gatherings, and celebrations.

The Role:

We are seeking individuals to work across Gaming, Bar and TAB operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in all areas
  • Operating gaming machines and TAB terminals
  • Mixing and serving drinks at the bar
  • Ensuring the venue is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
  • Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately

About You:

  • RSA and RSG certificates
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is an advantage
  • A team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
